ShopperEasy.com Return Policy
By
placing an order on
ShopperEasy.com, you indicate
your agreement to the terms and conditions of the following Return Policy:
General Policy:
● Products returned must be received by ShopperEasy within 30
days from the invoice date.
● All returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee
and base on the current market value or
the invoice price whichever is lower .
We will waive the restocking fee if the products returned are verified
as defective during our testing process and are still within product warranty.
● Please contact manufacturers directly if any problems are
found after the first 30 days of your purchase.
Please contact ShopperEasy.com if you have difficulty reaching original
manufacturers.
● Shipping fees are not
refundable.
● The customer is responsible for the returned products to
ShopperEasy.com. Please make sure you
use the shipping company capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance
for the entire shipment value. Please note no refund /reimbursement will be
valid for any lost shipment.
The following conditions specified those products that are not
eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if
received by us:
● Any product not purchased from ShopperEasy.com
● Any product without a valid, readable serial number,
including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered , or
otherwise unreadable serial number
● Any product that is returned without all original packaging
and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items
originally included with the product.
● Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from
its packaging
● Any product that exhibits physical damage
● Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate or
any other form of rebate from manufacturer
● Any product described as “not refundable” on the product
detail page
● Any product that is no longer brand new condition
● Any product that is installed or attempted to be installed
● Any product exhibits physical damage either to the product
itself or to the original packing materials and accessories
● Any Special-ordered items
Quantity Purchases
Please
note any purchase quantity equals to ten (10) or above or single order
exceeding USD $2000.00 of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase
order is automatically non-refundable.
All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still
apply. Please contact customer service
with any question you may have.
Non-Refundable Items
Please
note the following items are not refundable:
● ALL CPU parts
● All Apple Products
● Special order products
● All memory modules, flash drive SSD, LED/relevant products,
or Tape Backup related products
D.O.A definition and service policy
Dead
On Arrival (D.O.A) is defined as the product defective upon arrival or no more
than 10 days from shipping date for the original purchaser. If the item is tested to be in working
condition, the item will be returned to you at your cost.
There
is no D.O.A service applied for all CPU
parts, Apple products, Special order products , Memory modules, flash drives,
SSD, consumer electronic devices, LED relevant products and Tape Backup
Devices. They will be processed as
standard RMA policy and maybe forward to the original manufacturer for return
service.
D.O.A
product must return completely with the original accessories and be received by
ShopperEasy.com within 3 business days from the date of RMA number authorized
or it will be processed as a standard RMA returns.
All
D.O.A returns will be processed for immediate replacement after received and
inspected by ShopperEasy.com RMA service department.
Returns for Repair or Replacement
ShopperEasy provides a 30-day return for repair or
replacement warranty, please obtain an RMA number and follow the return instructions
to process your return.
All
returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date. Items
received after the initial 30-day period are no longer eligible for service and
will be forwarded to the original manufacturer for repair or replacement only,
the choice of which will be at sole discretion of the original
manufacturer. Any repair or replacement
inquiries after 30 days from the original invoice date, please contact the
manufacturer directly.
Please
note it is ShopperEasy’s sole discretion
to repair or replace the defective products for customers. ShopperEasy.com reserves the right to
substitute an equivalent product if the service products are not able to be
repaired or not available for replacement.
It is customer’s responsibility
to backup data with return parts.
ShopperEasy is not responsible for any loss of data or any costs
associated with return parts.
Please
make sure you read and follow the return criteria described above before
shipping back your returns, items are not eligible for returns will be sent
back to you at your cost.
RMA Return Procedures:
a.
RMA
Form : All returns require an RMA number, please make sure your
products are eligible for return before requesting an RMA number
b.
Complete the RMA request form and fax
to us at (909-614-7099 ), a RMA number will be issued within 48 business hours
if there is no any question with your request.
An RMA number is valid 30 days from the date of the issuance of RMA
number. Alternatively you may login our web site under your account to request
for a RMA number. All RMA requests are subject to approval, you will receive a
RMA number after your RMA request is approved.

Please follow below instructions to
send back your return to ShopperEasy RMA department:
● Enclose one copy of ShopperEasy RMA request form with the
valid RMA number
● Mark the RMA number in bold print on the outside of
RMA return boxes
● Remove all customer’s labels and marking on the products
completely or an additional handling charge will be applied
● Properly pack and ship your return products, and pay all
freight for the returns. ShopperEasy.com
will not be responsible for any package damaged in shipping from
customers. Any damage caused by the
improper packing will result in Void of the warranty of the returned products.
● Return freights must be prepaid by customers. Any RMA package return with C.O.D or invalid
RMA number will be rejected.

Order cancellation policy:
Orders
can be cancelled at no cost before
shipments are made. Customers will
receive email notifications when your orders are being shipped. Any orders that have already been shipped
cannot be cancelled and will be treated as RMA returns.
