WHO ARE WE?

ShopperEasy.com was founded in 2000. Since that time, it has grown into a major wholesale and OEM product manufacturer, in year 2006 ShopperEasy.com was spun off from it's parent company Divine International Corp. and became an online retailer.  With it's offices located in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., ShopperEasy.com continues  to grow and improve as it's customers base increases over time.

THE STORE OWNER

Benjamin, the store owner, has been in high tech business since 1987, he received a master degree of MIS (management information system) at early 1990'. He started his first business as a reseller of DTK computers and Epson printers in late 1980' , the company was soon closed two years later when  he went on his Master degree.  In 1996 Benjamin opened his manufacturing and reseller business and in year 2000 he started ShopperEasy.com . As the company's major business was mass quantity distribution (mostly ship by containers)  ShopperEasy.com was not really the focus of the company at that time. As stated above, ShopperEasy.com was then spun off in year 2006 for online presence.

Because our solid relationship with major OEM manufacturers worldwide, ShoppEasy.com has access to a broad range of high tech products with low price, we are able to pass those saving to our valued customers and we thank our customers for all the support during the past years. 

ShopperEasy.com implements heavy on-site quality inspection for those products we sell in volume by sending our staffs overseas for the containers we import into US to make sure a worry free purchasing experience from customers.

SIMPLICITY AND HONESTY

Unlike other online stores, ShopperEasy.com DO NOT post unnecessary information on site, we present ourself in an simple and honest way, we try to post as much as possible product related information such as specifications online, we DO NOT post lot of banners as we always believe customers are here for a easy shopping experience, banners will never help customer to make right decision. ShopperEasy.com supports a GREEN WORLD We wish you find what you want, buy ONLY what you need, NOT to wast money on what you don't need because it is cheap. For some general purposed  products such as cables and connectors we DO NOT ship generic products to customers if the product you order has a brand name on it, we never ever ship "compatible" product even it look alike or identical. In the rare cases customers are in a hurry with express shipping and we are out of stock our guideline is to ship out a compatible product with same or better specifications and an email was then immediately sent to customer for the orders shipped, customers will then have the right to accept or reject the product shipped and a price difference refund will follow by.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We try to price our shipping cost as close to carrier price as possible, however please understand we have to label the package, buy package material and employee people to do the shipping thus a minimal handling charge is imposed on every order we ship.  Due to the fact manufacturer change their packaging size/weight frequently we are unable to preciously post detail shipping information online. As we also ship out from warehouse in other states, the products you order may not immediately available unless we ship from out of CA warehouse extra shipping cost may occur. In some cases you will receive a email with in-store credit should we find the computer generated shipping cost on your invoice is too much over charged (our computer generate shipping charge in real time from carrier computer based on the average packaging size and weight of the products),  this is not a guaranteed but an goal we pursuit. Note of min. shipping weight: All carriers have a shipping weight table to ship, for example, if the product weight 1.1 lb carrier will only ship at a rate of 2 lbs instead,  this is also one of the reasons why shipping cost of one product is higher than similar products. Ship by dimension: Some products, even weight light, with large package, carrier will charge by it's dimension weight (the capacity it takes), not real weight, therefore you may expect a higher shipping cost than usual. Drop Ship: some products, if not immediately available, we may ship directly from manufacturer warehouse hence the handling/shipping cost increase significantly, it is then some orders we ship are actually below our real shipping/handling cost, this is also for your information.  Non-consistent packaging materials: Some manufacturers pack their products in ready-to-ship condition and others not, ShopperEasy.com has to pack your order in a tight and secure condition for shipping out, sometimes we have to put it inside a box and a box could cost from $1 to several dollars a piece. Delivery confirmation/Signature: USPS charge extra for delivery confirmation/signature.

We usually ship out order in 1-3 working days, in some cases it maybe longer, we try to contact customers for the delayed shipping and customers have the right to either accept new shipping schedule or cancel order online by simply login your account or send us email.  However, shipped order can not be canceled and we do not accept credit back as carrier does not usually accept re-route package back to our warehouse.  International shoppers: We charge higher handling/shipping on international orders as carriers usually require extra documents to process the shipping such as country-specific invoice format, special delivery charge for zones or cities.. and so on. We also only ship to international customers with a PayPal confirmed address.
